Reverend Samuel has built his congregation in Grace and Tessa Gray has been sent in undercover by Noah Bishop's special crimes unit to investigate what is going on in this cult. Cults are scary. This book is, too. I've been a fan of Hooper's for many years and the Noah Bishop SCU books remain my favorite books by her.
