Comments:

This book focuses on Eva LeRoy, town librarian, who was one of those turned into a vampire by Lorcan in book #1 when he had the 'taint'. Her turning gave her the gift to connect with and command animals, which has some bad guys in a tizzy. I like these for light reading, even though they have a tendency to make me blush with their amorous descriptions, but I get past it. Hey! They're vampires!
